Long -lasting sleep shortage can very negatively affect your body!  So how do you deal with it?

 

No sleep - what results from?

Its lack in a very bad way affects physiological processes, disturbs metabolic balance, immunity, the ability to regenerate the body and cells, as well as the work of the nervous system. 

But what does sleep shortage mean? There can be many reasons, but the most common ones apply to our life and overwork mode. Above all, people working on several full -time jobs or those who carry out many orders at one time. Such action, unfortunately, bothers primarily in our dream, and long -term leading of such a lifestyle has very negative health effects. The main reasons for insomnia can also include:

  • Disease ailments in the form of nykturia (at night urination) or rheumatic pains,
  • Strong and lasting stress,
  • Obstructive sleep apnea,
  • Psychological disorders (depression, anxiety disorders),
  • Neurological disorders,
  • Liver disease,
  • Gastrointestinal diseases,
  • The use of certain drugs and psychoactive substances.

People who suffer from lack of sleep often struggle with many ailments. Even slight sleep shortages or eyelessness during the day can result in unwanted transitional symptoms such as:

  • Irritability,
  • Headaches,
  • Fatigue,
  • Drowsiness and sleeping during the day,
  • Shallow dream,
  • Frequent waking up,
  • Lack of concentration.

So, as we can already see on such a simple example, lack of sleep makes the body difficult to function properly in the short term. So what can we say about a longer time in such functioning? The aforementioned lifestyle may then result in the risk of developing many chronic diseases, such as:

  • Overweight and obesity,
  • Diabetes,
  • Heart diseases,
  • Bowel disease,
  • Decrease in libido,
  • Numerous cancers,
  • Symptoms similar to schizophrenia,
  • Diseases of dementia with the development of Alzheimer at the forefront.

  • Better appearance of our skin,
  • Development of creativity,
  • Better dealing with solving problems,
  • Strengthening of immunity,
  • Better metabolism,
  • Improving mood.
